PHA TRAINING offer training courses for all aspects of camera operation from beginner up to advanced Director of Photography level.
The courses are delivered in modules and students are able to enrol for any module in any order that suits them.
These modules are designed to develop technical knowledge to a very high level. At the same time, attention is given to aesthetic and creative skills. Courses also feature work practises that support on-set competence.
All modules feature extensive take – home course material for later reference.
Modules are designated as:
Basic
Training beginning on little assumed knowledge
Advanced
Training assuming at least basic knowledge of the subject
- Very small class sizes
- Very hands – on with all the latest camera, lighting and audio equipment
- Modules are taught within our camera rental facility.
- Suitable for beginners, early career professionals, film school graduates, working professionals wanting to upgrade their skill levels, and more.
